This FAQ page is for the reference of full time employees.
Salary
It will be credited on the 1st and 15th of every month.
The payment will be split as accordingly below:
1st of the month: Basic Payments
15th of the month: Other Allowances & OT Pay
Please take note that the dates may vary to be earlier or later by a few days if the 1st/15th falls on a Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday.
If your bank is not OCBC, there will be a delay of 1 day payment due to the company’s bank transfer timing.
Leave
Leave SOP:
– Update your leave to our whatsapp group / respective manager
– Update Infotech App
Cancellation of leave can be done within the Infotech App.
Any urgent leave (apart from MC) applied 7 days and below should have a remark in the Infotech App.
MCs should be submitted with the hardcopy. If you are claiming any money, do submit up your receipt as well. It will be reimburse via cash. (Only applicable to Healthway Clinics, Polyclinics and Government Hospitals)
All Leaves can be applied through the Infotech App / Website.

- Give IC / Work Pass
- State that you are from Botak Sign Pte Ltd
- You are NOT required to pay upfront as we have lias with the clinic for payment.
Do note that there is only a $200 reimbursement for medical fees. This is only applicable for healthway clinics, polyclinics and government hospitals. Any amount exceeding may be borne by the employee.

While working in our company, subjected based on employee performances, bonuses may be paid out.
This payment is split into 2 payments that will occur at the start of the year in February and July.
We have a variety of products that can be discounted at an employee rate.
Do consult your respective manager to get the employee discount.
Do note that this benefit is only for personal use of the employee and not for resale purposes. Subjected for approval.
Once you have started working here, you are already covered by our AIG insurance that is paid for by the company.
This insurance ensures that if you are injured at work, you are able to make a claim from the company.
For claims, do contact HR or Lady Boss.
Resignation
Our probation period is 3 months. In the unfortunate event that you find that the job is unsuitable, the notice period is 1 day. You are not required to submit a letter.
Do notify your manager about your decision.
After 3 months of probation, you will be a confirmed employee in our company.
In this case, you will be required to submit a written letter of resignation of 1 month notice.
Do inform your manager about your decisions.
